Source-Based Graph Findings

CommunityMech:000208, Clostridium_Thermocellum_Saccharoperbutylacetonicum_Cellulosic_Butanol_Coculture.yaml.

Primary full main body, five figure captions and enzyme table read: https://doi.org/10.1128/AEM.00706-11. PMID:22999358 and PMID:25818258 are abstract-only here; full followup access was attempted.

  • Retain staged hydrolysis and its positive timing control, distinguishing feedstock and product from the exchanged substrate.
  • The selective solvent phenotype is not butanol donation back to the cellulolytic partner.
  • The hydrogen-output association is not a measured interspecies hydrogen-transfer event or selective proof of a redox mediator. Preserve the proposed link with explicit uncertainty, rather than treating its correlation as demonstration.

Account for all three nodes and both original arrows; preserve relevant negative and positive controls. No new structure is proposed. Full source/assay limits, history and focused regressions required.

Deduplication includes all 678 prior issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden local review/history/research/test files; no duplicate exact graph issue in the searched scope. Comments not exhaustive. Metadata errors are separate.

Addressed in #1346 at d71b3800c819fff8b4c5a32bb99d0f68e5ca85c3. Exact-head source-based self-adversarial review: #1346 (review). All 30 local gates and actual post-commit docs-current passed; 270 passed in 237.82s (0:03:57); 87 MATCH snippets, zero other classes; 3 passed in 2.14s; 55 unrelated raw blocks and seven caches byte-preserved. See committed batch22 decision/adversarial/validation records for assay bounds and full node/arrow accounting. This issue remains open until protected main merge; #1343 is separate non-graph work.
