The sole node types relative taxonomic restructuring as COMPETITION (-/-), describes expansion/disappearance without measurement qualification, and adopts specialist-degrader interpretation as established function. PMID:42422733 Methods/Results measure 16S relative abundance alongside bulk GenX loss and fluoride release; genomic homology and docking do not identify causal member activities or reciprocal harm. Community G sterile-soil experiments must not inherit GENIA's indigenous-microbiome arm or ecological-safety interpretation.

Acceptance: retain the existing node and six canonical participants as a partial observed subset; qualify relative abundance and functional attribution; remove unsupported COMPETITION; preserve positive community chemical endpoints without inferring complete mineralization; add a focused mechanism gap, history, tests and rendered page. Do not recreate the dangling arrow already fixed in #947 or undo exact taxon IDs in #946.
