Succinate metadata: remove unproven electron-donor attribution outside the causal graph #1354

Open

Description

@realmarcin

Non-graph followup from the batch24 source review of CommunityMech:000294.

The top-level description states flux redistribution as an unqualified result, and Shewanella taxonomy notes/functional_role assert interspecies transfer and ELECTRON_DONOR. The accessible PMID:42203120 abstract identifies an electroactive partner, an externally supplied riboflavin intervention, transcriptomic interpretation and positive succinate output. It does not directly establish the direction of transferred electrons or measured carbon flux.

Acceptance: obtain and inspect full Methods/Results if available; otherwise bound description and taxon notes/roles to abstract-supported findings without losing electroactivity, coculture/additive improvement or parent-versus-K1 outcome distinctions. Preserve canonical identities and verified grounding. Add history and regenerated page. This is a separate metadata patch, not closed by the graph-only repair.

Dedup: 687 all-state titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local search; no exact duplicate in that scope, comments not exhaustive. Full publisher body inaccessible (403); no full-body claim.

    Tracked explicitly as an open non-graph followup in #1355. The graph-only patch preserves unrelated metadata and does not close this issue or certify the affected prose/taxonomy. See batch24 source-review records for exact evidence and access bounds.
