The five-node/eight-arrow graph turns field DNA/RNA succession into taxon-resolved oxidation flux and competition, asserts stable sulfur flux from stable DNA counts, and assigns hot-zone activity to exact Sulfobacillus species from genus-level field detection. SYNTROPHY/NICHE_PARTITIONING and iron-ion-transport GO are unsupported. General chemistry quoted from the 2022 Introduction is mislabeled in vivo experiment.
Acceptance: retain legitimate substrate/regeneration feedback, conditional PARTIAL arrows, canonical taxa, field observations and direct laboratory leaching outcomes. Separate open indigenous heap community from controlled cultures, 2018 A. caldus/L. ferriphilum/S. thermosulfidooxidans from 2022 separate monocultures including L. ferrooxidans. Preserve lower-ORP advantage and the 2022 dissociation of iron oxidation from copper recovery under SX reagent. Correct field Ferroplasma counts to approximately 10^3 rather than 10^5 in the graph, and distinguish genus activity from exact species. Guarded graph-only edits, focused gap, append-only history, regressions and rendered page. No new node/arrow or Edison job required.
