Account for Copper and Coscinodiscus mixed-scope census corrections #1360
Description
Batch25 source review of CommunityMech:000019 and 000020 correctly represents three intrinsic copper-oxidation nodes and diatom resource provision as source-only PAIRWISE nodes, retaining their existing COMMUNITY_LEVEL outcomes/subsets. This adds exactly two mixed-scope records, 122 -> 124; community-only records fall 267 -> 265. Total records 460, records with community scope 389 and community-credited taxa 1499 stay unchanged; solely community-credited taxa fall 1221 -> 1217. No nodes/arrows are added and connectivity behavior is unchanged.
The first full regression run completed with 292 passed and one failure at the old mixed-scope ceiling of 122. Acceptance: change only that ceiling to 124 and its explanatory comment; preserve all other bounds, participant checks and source regressions. Keep the failed initial run and rerun verification in the validation receipt. Do not alter scientific scopes to fit an obsolete count.
Related #1344 covers the earlier JN4-GD17 and staged-butanol corrections (120 -> 122), not these two records. Dedup includes the 691 all-state title/body snapshot and the four newly created batch25 findings; hidden/ignored local reports/history/research/tests included, comments not exhaustive. Source-based self-review, not independent approval.

Exact-head self-adversarial review: #1361 (review). 293 passed in 187.32s (0:03:07); 3 passed in 1.93s; 46 MATCH and 3 documented abstract-cache MISMATCH snippets; 27 unchanged raw blocks and eight tracked caches byte-preserved. Actual post-commit docs-current passed. One reference command retains its exit-1 diagnosis for three primary-verified Results quotes absent from the abstract-only cache; not a passed reference gate. See committed batch25 reports. Remains open until protected main merge; not independent approval.
