The graph's SYNTROPHY label asserts product-removal cooperation not demonstrated by this field study; COMMENSALISM on lysolipid curvature adaptation likewise invents a donor fitness sign. The lipid-transfer arrow treats imported material as established. The source instead combines stable carbon isotopes, genome content, lipid correlations, mixed size-fraction lipidomics and FTIR. It explicitly leaves possible ACP-independent biosynthesis open in some Nealsonbacteria and proposes scavenging degraded biomass or host-derived lipids. CPR-enriched fractions are not pure CPR isolates, and correlation does not identify a donor or trace lipid transfer. Depth-associated unsaturation does not demonstrate that donor mechanism or a pressure perturbation response.

Acceptance: retain all three nodes and two source-proposed causal links with explicit PARTIAL/HYPOTHESIZED boundaries; preserve the positive mostly-autotrophic carbon evidence. Distinguish broad producer-pool context from resolved bacterial/archaeal donors, retain CPR-associated lysolipid observations without tested curvature benefit, and preserve canonical taxon groundings. Remove unsupported categorical syntrophy/commensalism, qualify the possible alternative biosynthesis and donor routes in a focused gap, and add guarded curation history, tests and rendered-page checks. No new nodes/arrows or Edison spend is needed for this repair.

Addressed by #1367 at d82bf3ed87f5166e7ae41d763f90ff4d2bd8cccc with exact-head self-adversarial COMMENT review #1367 (review). 330 passed in 225.67s (0:03:45); actual post-commit docs-current passed. The graph retains three nodes/two explicitly hypothetical arrows, canonical participants and an anchored evidence gap. Non-graph #1366 remains open. This issue closes only on protected main merge.
