DIETsimp graph: qualify parallel donor proposals and repair contradictory knowledge-gap text #1370

Description

@realmarcin

Full-record review of kb/communities/DIETsimp_Lignocellulose_to_Methane_DIET_Consortia.yaml (CommunityMech:000297) against the complete primary abstract (DOI:10.1016/j.biortech.2026.135043).

The abstract explicitly proposes the DIET pathway, but all three node descriptions, both arrows and SUPPORT assignments currently make it read as established partner-resolved electron transfer. Preserve the positive pH-dependent conductivity, cytochrome-associated spectral and metagenomic observations; do not misreport a lack of any experimental evidence. These community measurements do not establish the carrier or donor-specific flux, exclude hydrogen/formate or alternative methanogenesis, or assign every listed substrate to each donor.

Retain the two parallel donor proposals and two qualified arrows to the methanogen's intrinsic proposed CO2-reduction step, with canonical taxa and an explicit full-body/perturbation gap. Correct the discussion's claim that no downstream arrow exists, without inventing a dependency between the donors. No primary full body was retrieved: direct DOI open failed and local ignored-inclusive reference/research filename search found the abstract cache. Do not import neutral-red or other-system experiments. No new node or arrow is required.

Deduplication: 700 all-state issue titles/bodies, relevant prior issues, and ignored/hidden-inclusive local review/history searches. Not every issue comment was searched.

    Addressed in graph-only #1374 at 8e46f69f9498a03915cdc0ab33c2f8f2c8e19e91 with exact-head self-adversarial COMMENT #1374 (review). 336 passed in 306.36s (0:05:06); actual post-commit docs-current passed. Complete decisions, validation and source limits are committed. Non-graph follow-ups #1371, #1372 and #1373 remain open. This graph issue closes only after protected main merge.
