Fahmy T4 metadata: record salinity and diamide-assay temperature inconsistencies #1371
Non-graph follow-up from review of CommunityMech:000369, Cyantraniliprole_Fahmy_Consortium_T4.yaml. Primary paper, PMID:42354927.
The abstract and record's optimization metadata give 0.5-5.0% NaCl as optimal, whereas Results 3.2.3 and Discussion state maximum biomass at 0.0-0.5% and reduced biomass at 5.0%. The assay is OD600 growth, not a direct degradation-rate optimization. Table 6 gives 35 C for the broad-diamide assay, while Methods 2.7 says 30 C and 0.5 g/L NaCl. These conflicting source statements should not be silently harmonized or treated as one verified protocol.
Review the relevant primary figure/data and qualify the environmental_factors/growth_media claims and evidence. Preserve the distinction between growth proxies and HPLC parent-removal measurements, and between standardized inoculum density and final microcosm concentration. Graph-only curation does not resolve these metadata fields.
Deduplication: 700 all-state issue titles/bodies, relevant prior issues, and ignored/hidden-inclusive local review/history searches. Not every issue comment was searched.
Graph-only corrections published in #1374. This non-graph metadata issue remains open: those record blocks are byte-preserved, not certified or silently corrected by the graph review. Source-scope limits and the related graph decisions are in the committed review records.
