Deepwater graph: bound enrichment hypotheses and remove duplicate oxygen-conservation outcome #1376

Description

@realmarcin

Review of Deepwater_Horizon_Deep_Sea_Oil_Plume_Succession.yaml (CommunityMech:000166). Sources: Hazen, PMID:20736401, Baelum, PMID:22616650, and Dombrowski, PMID:27572965.

The oxygen-conserving node duplicates the intrinsic-bioremediation evidence and converts a bounded potential outcome into a distinct mechanism. Consolidate it with the upstream observation and remove the restatement arrow. Remove unsupported syntrophy and facilitation signs while preserving positive cold degradation and Colwellia-dominated flocs.

The full Dombrowski author proof distinguishes deep-water hexadecane enrichment from surface-water PAH enrichments, conducted at room temperature without added dispersant. Pathway coordination is an alternative hypothesis alongside unknown enzymes and incomplete genomes. Retain positive SIP/genome evidence but qualify its arrow to field biodegradation. Likewise, oil-associated flocs and isolate degradation do not selectively establish the floc contribution to field attenuation. Existing arrows can represent these bounded hypotheses, not measured partner-resolved flux. Preserve canonical taxa, including the Colwellia grounding withheld under #401. Hazen and Baelum are abstract-bounded in this review.

Deduplication: 706 all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local reports, research, history, tests and scripts; relevant #401 and #754 read. Not every issue comment was searched.

    Addressed in graph-only #1381 at a4ca06d433a89666e12c662b24e7fa488c200355 with exact-head self-adversarial COMMENT #1381 (review). 342 passed in 165.07s (0:02:45); actual post-commit docs-current passed. Source-bounded decisions and validation are committed. Non-graph follow-ups #1378, #1379 and #1380 remain open. This graph issue closes only after protected main merge.
