Enamel caries metadata: restore basal treatment arms and source-supported cultivation detail #1380

Non-graph follow-up for Defined_Multispecies_Enamel_Caries_Model.yaml (CommunityMech:000082), PMID:23446436.

The full primary paper includes basal 0.2 ppm fluoride and 0.2 mM calcium arms omitted from the recorded ranges, and reports TSB, 37 C and 5% pCO2 rather than an unspecified medium/temperature/atmosphere. Review exact strains (L. casei ATCC 4646, S. mutans UA159, S. salivarius ATCC 25975, S. sanguinis BAA1455), bovine enamel and the 24-well lid-mounted platform before revising identity/cultivation metadata.

The inoculum is 500 uL at 10^7 CFU/mL per species, not automatically the final culture concentration. Distinguish the overnight and daily transfer/washing protocol from the four-day endpoint. Tables 1 and 2 were visually checked: Table 2's L. casei superscripts and the Results prose differ on the 1-versus-2 mM Ca comparison, so retain that discrepancy rather than inventing a resolution. Respect #754: do not commit the full copyrighted paper or treat public availability as redistribution permission. The graph-only review leaves cultivation fields and the existing cached-full-text blind-spot classification unchanged.
