Dhc195/DvH/PfR7 graph: assign remodeling to the recipient and expose DMB dependence #1383

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

Dehalococcoides_Desulfovibrio_Pelosinus_Corrinoid_Triculture.yaml (000200).

The remodeling node is incorrectly another PfR7-to-Dhc195 cross-feeding event, although the named process occurs inside Dhc195. Its transcriptomic evidence is measured laboratory expression, not solely computational prediction. The outcome and two incoming descriptions omit an essential supplied lower ligand. Bound all four nodes and three existing arrows to the DMB-amended, lactate-fed experiment; make the triculture participants explicit.

Men 2014 also reports some donor cobalamin production when DMB is supplied. Do not claim recipient remodeling is the sole source of functional cofactor or infer gene necessity from induction. Whole primary body and table text were read; figure images and supplements were not inspected. Preserve positive hydrogen transfer, corrinoid provision and sustainable growth. No new nodes/arrows or full-text cache.

Deduplication: 712 all-state issue titles/bodies, broader Dehalococcoides/corrinoid synonym searches, and ignored/hidden-inclusive scoped local reports, research, history, tests, scripts and workflows. Relevant broader issues #765, #650, #543, #529, #384 and #383 describe other records or general safeguards, not these defects. Not all issue comments were searched.
