BAV1/Fusaro graph: remove reverse cross-feeding and the sign on failed cofactor support #1384

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

Dehalococcoides_Methanosarcina_DMB_Cobalamin_Coculture.yaml (000209).

The cobalamin-dependent respiration node asserts BAV1-to-Fusaro CROSS_FEEDING, but its evidence describes BAV1 activity and provides no reverse nutrient transfer. Factor III insufficiency is labelled COMMENSALISM although the experiment did not demonstrate that benefit. Preserve the positive DMB-associated support and the negative compatibility observation, but do not describe failure to supply a compatible cofactor as active factor-III toxicity.

Keep three nodes and two existing arrows with precise scope. Yan 2013 includes BAV1, GT and FL2 and two other partners: their substrates, numerical comparisons and responses must not be silently pooled into this pair. Review access: complete cached abstract plus substantial indexed primary methods/results/discussion and Table 1 excerpts, not complete full text. Detailed donor-versus-recipient contributions remain unresolved here; no new full-text cache.

Deduplication: 712 all-state issue titles/bodies, broader Dehalococcoides/corrinoid synonym searches, and ignored/hidden-inclusive scoped local reports, research, history, tests, scripts and workflows. Relevant broader issues #765, #650, #543, #529, #384 and #383 describe other records or general safeguards, not these defects. Not all issue comments were searched.
