CWV2/D345 metadata: distinguish consortium identity, named guilds and proof-only conditions #1391
Non-graph follow-up for Dehalococcoides_mccartyi_CWV2_Dechlorinating_Consortium.yaml.
PMID:41442978 author-uploaded uncorrected proof identifies groundwater consortium D345 separately from CWV2. The taxonomy note claiming CWV2 is the only named organism is not true of the body, which names Geobacter, Clostridium, Peptoclostridium and Desulfovibrio. Review identity and membership without converting genus-level relative abundance to demonstrated strain membership or flux.
The record description overstates long-term stability and reducing-equivalent supply. BC700 adsorption is slightly higher than BC600 in the proof; BC600 is a practical selection, not necessarily strongest sorption. Dose and inoculum arms must remain separate. The proof has inconsistent inoculum units and TCE concentrations between methods/results/captions; check the final published text before normalizing conditions. Graph-only changes will preserve non-graph raw blocks rather than certify them.
Deduplication: 717 all-state issue titles/bodies, broader organism/biochar/acetylene/CO synonyms and ignored/hidden-inclusive scoped local review/history/research/tests/scripts. Relevant #1305, #1245, #1236, #900, #883, #765, #754, #561, #389, #384 and #383 were read; no duplicate exact graph defect in the searched material. Not all issue comments were searched.
Graph-only corrections published in #1393. This non-graph follow-up remains OPEN; raw metadata and caches were preserved, not certified by graph curation.
