Early dental cultivation: restore reported flow rate and distinguish growth feed from saliva challenge #1420
Early_Dental_Biofilm_FiveSpecies.yaml claims the source gives no flow rate, but PMID:21966490 Methods report 250 microliters/min (28.3 mm/min) of 1/10 Todd-Hewitt broth for biofilm growth. The growth-media name incorrectly describes sterile saliva as the growth feed; sterile saliva is the later glucose challenge vehicle. The actual substrate is an ibiTreat plastic flow channel, not tooth enamel. Review the separate 35 C growth and 37 C microscopy stages without importing enamel-demineralization evidence. Graph-only repairs preserve these non-graph fields; correct in a dedicated metadata pass. The existing #573 link in cultivation notes is unrelated to this source in the current issue tracker.
Deduplication: 742 all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local review, research, history, tests, scripts and workflow files. Relevant #401, #573, #594 and #595 read; no exact duplicate in that scope. Not every issue comment searched. Source review used cached primary main-body text; no visual figures, raw-data analysis or external supplement review.
Graph-only corrections published in #1423. This separate follow-up remains OPEN; non-graph raw blocks preserved, not certified. No unsupported links were added to conceal taxonomic or sampling-scope debt.
