GL10 XL12 graph: qualify overlapping substrate specialization and measured community output #1426

Description

@realmarcin

Ecoli_GL10_XL12_D_Lactate_Mixed_Sugar_SynCom.yaml, PMID:42038008.

Keep the existing single-node division-of-labor graph and zero arrows established under #826. Substrate specialization is not exclusive: GL10 retains xylose metabolism in single-sugar culture and XL12 still consumes glucose. Bound NICHE_PARTITIONING to partial preferences and mixed-feed performance, not strain-resolved in-consortium flux, interstrain cross-feeding or a mutualistic benefit. Preserve both strain preferred terms despite shared NCBITaxon:562. The abstract's 53.21% xylose figure is not reconciled to Results 3.4.1's 1.22 g/L at 36 h from 5 g/L feed; do not present it as a resolved common endpoint. Preserve #827 cache separation and #830 registry safeguards.

Deduplication: 748 all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local review, research, history, tests, scripts and workflow files. Relevant #1264, #826, #827, #830, #365 and #442 read; no exact duplicate within that scope. Not every issue comment searched. Primary cached main-body texts reviewed, not visual figures, raw data or separate supplements.
