EcoFAB SynCom17 metadata: disentangle ring-trial, isolate and nitrogen-study protocols #1427

EcoFAB_Ring_Trial_SynCom17.yaml, PMID:40920748 and doi:10.1126/sciadv.adg7888. Non-graph fields mix separate studies and assay stages: the ring trial inoculated 10-day-old seedlings, with 14 h / 10 h photoperiod at most labs (16 h light at C); the RFP isolate assay used 3-day-old plants and bacterial preculture at 27 C / 200 rpm. Nitrogen-form/starvation experiments used sterile plants, not this SynCom. Review attribution of amino-acid depletion to OAS925-specific uptake, direct OAS925 plant-growth causation, and unsupported generic member roles. Preserve the corrected Allobosea ID/label (#365/#442). These metadata are preserved, not certified, by graph-only edits.
