Ecoli_Bifidobacterium_bifidum_Infant_gut_HMO_Mutualism_Coculture.yaml, PMID:42020426. Taxonomy abundance text blends natural strain-transmission observations with experimental coculture membership. The donor is laboratory E. coli K12, while B. bifidum is an infant-stool isolate; the cysteine-deficient control is BW25113 delta-cysE. The 0.1% 2FL screening protocol and 0.5% nutrient-limited coculture experiment are different stages. The paper itself inconsistently labels concentration units; verify against source data rather than silently converting. Preserve pH-adjusted spent-medium conditions and do not imply that all strains were isolated on bifidobacterial selective medium. Graph-only review will not certify these metadata.
Deduplication: 748 all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local review, research, history, tests, scripts and workflow files. Relevant #1264, #826, #827, #830, #365 and #442 read; no exact duplicate within that scope. Not every issue comment searched. Primary cached main-body texts reviewed, not visual figures, raw data or separate supplements.
Graph-only corrections published in #1430. This separate follow-up remains OPEN; non-graph raw blocks preserved, not certified. Source quantitative conflicts were disclosed rather than silently reconciled.
