Ensifer YF2 Y2 graph: distinguish genomic cross-feeding model from measured polymer effects #1438

Description

Ensifer_YF2_Sphingobacterium_Y2_Polyethylene_Degrading_Consortium.yaml, PMID:41996795.

The accessed abstract explicitly presents genomic complementarity and a conceptual model, not an experimentally resolved donor/intermediate/recipient flux. Qualify the existing division-of-labor node and its performance arrow as hypothetical; distinguish computational role assignment from measured coculture outputs. Joint degradation is not reciprocal organism fitness: remove the PAIRWISE MUTUALISM assignment from the comparative-performance node and represent the tested two-member community. Polymer surface oxidation/erosion is an endpoint, not CROSS_FEEDING, and the performance-to-surface-phenotype arrow is a part/whole restatement. Preserve the two-member YF2/Y2 system, not the screened MF1 strain, and the corrected AMBIGUOUS Ensifer grounding from earlier review. No new nodes or arrows.

Deduplication: 760 all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local review/research/history/tests/scripts/workflow files. Relevant #757, #382, #376, #369 and the existing CPR workflow-pruning history read. No exact duplicate in that scope; not every issue comment searched. Primary access limits are explicit above; no visual figures, separate supplements or raw data reviewed.

Existing-graph defect addressed in #1444 at 188087f. Exact-head self-adversarial COMMENT: #1444 (review). 407 passed in 203.34s (0:03:23); actual post-commit docs-current passed. Twelve nodes retained, three part/whole arrows removed, three hypotheses retained. Close only after protected main merge. Other follow-ups remain open.
