CPR DPANN metadata: separate Northern California hosts from Oak Ridge genomic context #1442

Open

Description

@realmarcin

Episymbiotic_CPR_DPANN_Groundwater_Community.yaml, PMID:33495623 and PMID:32252814.

He et al. sampled one agricultural and seven pristine Northern California sites. Tian et al. instead studied Bear Creek watershed, Oak Ridge Tennessee (93 wells, 214 16S samples and 12 representative metagenomes). The latter provides contextual Patescibacteria genomics, not direct membership or glucose/pyruvate use by the same California communities. Review the scope of its taxonomy/related_ingredients evidence. Host taxa remain unresolved broad categories; PRIMARY_DEGRADER and SYNTROPHIC_PARTNER assignments are not established for all of them. Do not universalize abundance or stability across all sites. The main PMID33495623 .md cache contains OA full text despite its stale abstract_only front matter; preserve body bytes and separate any cache-metadata correction. Graph-only edits will not certify these non-graph claims.

Deduplication: 760 all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local review/research/history/tests/scripts/workflow files. Relevant #757, #382, #376, #369 and the existing CPR workflow-pruning history read. No exact duplicate in that scope; not every issue comment searched. Primary access limits are explicit above; no visual figures, separate supplements or raw data reviewed.

    Graph-only corrections published in #1444. This separate follow-up remains OPEN; non-graph raw blocks preserved, not certified. No taxonomic, provenance, omics-assay or culture-protocol repair is claimed by this graph change.
