Remove categorical colonization facilitation and mutualism: root community composition and genotype-dependent host quality do not show inoculant persistence or reciprocal bacterial fitness. No robust genus/phylum differential abundance survived ANCOM-BC2 sensitivity analysis. The operational dead category includes severe stem curvature, so 21.8% to 6.7% is not exclusively literal death. Preserve the three nodes and the two workflow-arrow removals in the 2026-10-02 history; qualify outcomes and add canonical inoculant/host participants as experimental context, not an exhaustive root community.
