E-waste metadata: distinguish acid dosing, assay regimes and untested organism roles #1448

Ewaste_Bioleaching_Consortium.yaml, doi:10.3389/fmicb.2021.669738.

The Extreme Acidity description says acidity is maintained by sulfur oxidation, but the cited experiment adjusted pH with sulfuric acid. Environment notes mix 1/2% solid-PCB stirred tanks with 2-8% equivalent chemical-leachate toxicity flasks. Review taxonomy-role claims about organic scavenging, spore-mediated resilience and mechanistic adaptation, which were not selectively tested here. Separate abiotic leachate preparation (10% PCB, 90 L/h air) from bioleaching (1/2% PCB, 60 L/h +1% CO2) and toxicity assays (100 mL flasks, 107 rpm, 25 days). Keep earlier #596 vessel/snippet correction. Cache metadata says abstract_only although full body exists; preserve body bytes. These non-graph fields are outside the narrowly scoped graph repair and remain uncertified.

Deduplication: 766 all-state issue titles/bodies plus ignored/hidden-inclusive local searches; relevant #596, #1206, #816, #1027 and #1140 and prior record histories read. No exact duplicate in that scope; not every comment searched. Full cached main bodies read for all three records; actual FOS Figure 7 inspected. Other figures, separate supplements and raw data were not reviewed.

Graph-only repairs published in #1451. This separate follow-up remains OPEN; non-graph raw blocks preserved, not certified. No culture-protocol, top-level wording or organism-role repair is claimed.
