Electrosynthetic metadata: qualify DIET, organism roles and voltage/control regimes #1455

Open

Description

@realmarcin

Electrosynthetic_Consortia_Shewanella_Clostridium_Acetobacterium_Acetate.yaml, PMID:41236292.

The top-level description treats distinct electron-transfer routes as established, and taxonomy assigns SYNTROPHIC_PARTNER without reciprocal-fitness evidence. The cultivation applied_potential value represents applied cell voltage, not the separately referenced cathode potential; open-circuit H2/CO2 differs from driven N2/CO2. Review these non-graph claims without changing canonical taxonomy or flattening the alternative-pair design. The cache header says abstract_only although it contains a substantial full primary body; preserve source bytes. Separate supplements were not reviewed. Graph-only repairs preserve these fields without certifying them.

Review scope: whole records and cached primary main bodies, tables and captions read. No figure images, separate supplements or raw data reviewed. Selected Emiliania published peer-review discussion was also read, not the entire exchange. Deduplication searched 772 all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local content; #583/#529 and #1091/#1094 bodies reviewed. No exact duplicate within that scope; not every issue comment or PR reviewed. This is source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval.

    Graph-only repairs published in #1458. This separate follow-up remains OPEN; non-graph raw blocks preserved, not certified. No culture-protocol, cache, top-level wording or taxonomy-role repair is claimed.
