Transwell graph: remove platform umbrella and resolve assay-specific members before expansion #1467

The generic platform-capability node is not an additional observed ecological interaction. Remove it, preserving two distinct demonstrations: Cv017-to-Cv026 AHL reporter response, and the three-member stationary-phase metabolomics time series. Do not restore the workflow arrows removed in 2026-10-02 history. The 977 nonpolar mass features are not 977 identified metabolites or resolved producer-consumer fluxes; bactobolin was identified separately in polar HILIC-MS/MS. Accumulation alone does not establish bactobolin as the cause of inhibition.

The full primary main body also supports lower P. syringae live-cell counts in B. thailandensis-containing co/cultures. A new bounded antagonism node is a research candidate, not a license to invent a bactobolin causal arrow. The canonical roster currently contains only NCBITaxon:2/Bacteria. Do not invent grounded strain participants or use a Bacteria self-edge. Resolve E264, DC3000 and the reporter/three-member Chromobacterium strain identities, including the source's SC11,368/SC11,378 discrepancy, before assigning pairwise endpoints.
