Geobacter-Methanosaeta graph: separate defined-coculture DIET from environmental inference #1480

All three nodes currently reuse a Geobacter-species environmental-aggregate expression excerpt as direct support for the defined G. metallireducens/M. harundinacea experiment. The primary paper distinguishes those systems and supports DIET in the defined coculture through genetic, transcript and radiotracer evidence. Correct the exact-system citations, the untested assertion that aggregate formation itself is selectively essential, and the implication that all methane is DIET-derived CO2 reduction. Retain positive DIET evidence, existing canonical taxa and source-backed causal directions. The former primary-access/acetate-route discussion can now record that the primary paper was obtained; do not leave a false absence claim.

Acceptance: repair all three existing nodes and both arrows, exact discussion anchors and support explanations; add guarded history, focused tests, generated page and hash-bound decision/validation/self-review records. Preserve non-graph raw blocks and source caches, explicitly not certifying their stronger claims. New acetate-branch implementation is tracked separately and remains incomplete, so the record must stay needs_research.

Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Whole records were read, with a pre-source both-root baseline from batch45 and a fresh unchanged-target/cache baseline for batch46. Complete primary main texts/Methods/captions were read for 2014 papers and the 2023 T6SS study. Selected 2014 figure images were inspected; no separate supplements, raw data or analysis code audited.
