Geobacter-Methanosarcina graph: bound methane routes and hcp-mutant causal attribution #1481

The first node incorrectly describes Geobacter ethanol oxidation as acetate plus CO2, and the terminal node conflates net methane with DIET-only carbon reduction and turns a historical first report into timeless uniqueness. Preserve the DIET/pilin/GAC findings while bounding the terminal route and unknown methanogen entry components. For the 2023 hcp contrast, preserve the shorter establishment lag but remove NICHE_PARTITIONING and unmeasured secretion annotations. The discovery RNA-seq and GAC/AQDS comparisons use the G. sulfurreducens partner, not M. barkeri. EET transcript changes and faster Fe(III) oxide reduction expose pleiotropy; do not turn the negative model arrow into demonstrated T6SS antagonism or archaeal killing.

Acceptance: inspect all three existing nodes/two arrows and source/target/direction support; preserve the observed phenotype and explicitly hypothetical T6SS-specific attribution, with exact canonical participants and source-system boundaries. Add guarded history, focused tests, generated page and output records. New acetate-branch implementation is tracked separately; needs_research remains until that work is complete.
