Complete the source-supported acetate branch in Geobacter-Methanosaeta after Edison review #1482

The now-accessible primary paper resolves the previously recorded source-access gap: Figure 4c separates acetate-derived methane from DIET-driven CO2 reduction, and Figure 5 provides radiotracer support. The existing three-node graph omits the acetate branch. Correcting the existing CO2 node does not complete this missing causal structure.

Acceptance: run and inspect one-community Edison causal mode after explicit credit authorization; independently verify its node/edge tables, DOT, gaps and primary snippets, canonical taxa and compounds. Add only source-supported acetate-transfer/conversion structure, with its own evidence, guarded history, tests, generated page and all-node/all-edge decisions. Update status from needs_research only after exact-byte verification. Dry run completed with 13,233 prompt characters and no API calls/credits. Specific authorization requested asynchronously; no paid job or report yet. Preserve the primary PDF only in temporary storage, not as an unlicensed committed full text.

Complete primary main texts/Methods/captions were read for 2014 papers and the 2023 T6SS study. Selected 2014 figure images were inspected; no separate supplements, raw data or analysis code audited.
