Complete the source-supported acetate branch in Geobacter-Methanosarcina after Edison review #1483

The primary paper describes acetate as an additional methane substrate in the defined coculture. Its bulk stoichiometry is not an isotope measurement of route-specific methane, and DIET-only support of methanogen growth remains a proposed future test. The current graph omits the acetate branch; a bounded CO2 node alone is incomplete.

Acceptance: inspect a specifically authorized one-community Edison causal report and independently verify proposed structure against this primary system, without importing the Methanosaeta radiotracer experiment or the differently cultured Pelobacter/H2 comparison. Add only supported acetate-transfer/conversion structure with canonical taxa, evidence, guarded history, tests, rendered page and exact-byte decision records. Keep needs_research until completed. Separate dry run completed with 13,853 characters and no API calls/credits. Specific authorization requested asynchronously; no paid job/report yet. The ASM-copyrighted full PDF stays in temporary storage, not git.
