Bound wet-up viral mortality estimates and inferred carbon mediation #1490

Description

@realmarcin

Finding

kb/communities/Grassland_Soil_WetUp_Virus_Host_Community.yaml treats modeled viral mortality and an inferred ecosystem carbon effect as directly measured causal results. The primary paper (PMID:37730729, https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10511743/) estimates mortality from viral-DNA abundance and assumed burst sizes; the estimate spans below 1% to 46.6%. CO2 mediation is proposed, not isolated by viral manipulation or virus-specific carbon tracing.

Repair

Keep all three original nodes and positive wet-up observations. Bound the two arrows as PARTIAL mortality inference and HYPOTHESIZED carbon mediation. Preserve canonical virus-to-bacterium direction for predation, represent the ecosystem outcome at community scope, correct graph evidence types, and record burst-size/proxy/lifestyle limitations. Do not expand the graph or recurate unrelated metadata.

Verification

All-node/all-arrow source ledger, guarded writes and append-only history, focused tests, schema/strict/term/reference/snippet/network checks and regenerated pages. Close only after protected-main merge.

Dedup: 801 all-state issue titles/bodies plus ignored/hidden local review files; no matching issue. This is a source-based self-review finding, not independent approval.
