Separate groundwater genomic capacities from ecological mechanisms and inclusion arrows #1491

Description

Finding

kb/communities/Groundwater_Elusimicrobia_Diverse_Metabolisms.yaml assigns niche partitioning, cross-feeding and commensalism to a comparative genome survey. Its three overview-to-component arrows encode membership, not causal direction. The primary study (PMID:32681159, https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7785019/) predicts metabolic capacities across distinct lineages and habitats; it does not demonstrate a coexisting donor-recipient community or flux.

Repair

Keep all four findings, separate habitat comparison from source-only intrinsic capacities, retain both canonical habitat labels sharing NCBITaxon:641853, mark genomic evidence COMPUTATIONAL, distinguish encoded loci from predicted biochemical function, and remove all three inclusion arrows. Keep the novel nitrogenase paralog distinct from verified nitrogen fixation. No new structure or paid research run is required.

Verification

All-node/all-arrow ledger, guarded writes/history, exact participant and census checks, focused regressions, source-snippet/schema/strict/term/network checks and deterministic pages. Non-graph metadata is preserved, not certified. Close only after protected-main merge.

Dedup: 801 all-state issue titles/bodies plus ignored/hidden local review files; no matching issue. Source-based self-review, not independent approval.
