Bound C6 chemical removal and post-irradiation community recovery #1495

Finding

kb/communities/Hexamine_Formaldehyde_Consortium_C6.yaml lacks explicit canonical strain participants on its two community outcomes. Its original recovery description already says removal was not significantly changed, which is statistically qualified; an earlier version of this issue overstated that wording as an unqualified unchanged claim. This repair makes the nonsignificance-versus-equivalence distinction explicit and adds assay/source boundaries. Bulk chemical removal/COD and community recovery do not resolve mineralization, partner exchange or survival of every original strain; these are preventative clarifications, not claims that the original graph explicitly asserted all of those mechanisms.

Repair

Retain both positive assay outcomes and no arrows. Include all six canonical strain labels, preserving distinct strains that share taxon CURIEs. Bound measured removal, ammonia production, medium-renewal recovery and statistical interpretation. Extend the existing molecular-division-of-labor gap to both nodes, retaining the unresolved main-text 50 mg/L versus Figure 4 100 mg/L irradiation-feed discrepancy instead of silently resolving it. Preserve non-graph fields without recertification.
