Finding

High_Ammonia_Biogas_0B_Butyrate_Oxidizing_Enrichment (000350), PMID:42527912: the three existing pairwise nodes already use inference wording, but evidence support and both acetate-branch arrows do not consistently distinguish observed bulk conversion from MAG-resolved syntrophy.

Repair

Preserve the positive single-culture 0B butyrate-to-methane result and canonical MAG partner directions. Explicitly qualify all three inferred partner assignments and both arrows as PARTIAL, expand the existing anchored gap, and retain incomplete MAG2 Wood-Ljungdahl annotation, unresolved H2/formate routing, and the distinction between relative archaeal succession and measured rate benefit. Do not transfer replicated YB results to 0B, interpret below-detection as absence, or equate predicted acetate assimilation with acetoclastic methanogenesis.

The direct MAG1-to-methanogen carrier proposal and alternative MAG9 roles are acknowledged as unrepresented hypotheses, not silently promoted to new nodes. This is an existing-structure repair, not an exhaustive mechanism expansion.
