Separate Core-20 pathogen reduction from proposed immune mediation #1499

Finding

Honeybee_Core20_Defined_Microbiota (000124), PMID:36532452: the terminal node name and description assert immune-mediated pathogen reduction more strongly than the exact experiment identifies. The incoming edge already uses interpretation wording and the colonization node already preserves W8131 non-detection; those are not new defects.

Repair

Rename the terminal node to the observed Core-20-associated Hafnia alvei load reduction, retain the positive qPCR result and prechallenge immune-gene induction, and mark immune mediation PARTIAL. Distinguish measured transcripts from AMP protein concentration or activity; there is no selective immune/PTS perturbation in the inspected study. Bound four-passage persistence by W8131 non-detection and changing relative abundance/diversity; serial passage is not the intervention establishing immune mediation or preserved protection on every passage. Retain the canonical broad Bacteria placeholder without inventing strain, host or pathogen CURIEs.
