The early node attributes ferrous-iron oxidation and rusticyanin to A. caldus, contradicting the primary sulfur-oxidizer assignment. The middle-stage evidence truncates a negation, turning the reported S. acidophilus predominance into A. caldus predominance. Late-stage F. thermophilum evidence is assigned to F. acidiphilum/Acidiplasma. Copper-yield evidence quotes inoculation Methods rather than the result. Three causal arrows depend on the wrong organism or combine distinct communities. Cuniculiplasma has a hexose-biosynthesis CURIE labeled as generic heterotrophy; species complementarity and detoxification are not demonstrated.

Repair existing nodes/arrows without inventing replacement taxonomy or implying that the 2023 MAGs belong to the 2014 culture. Preserve measured copper extraction and relative population findings. Broader record identity and a properly grounded regeneration graph require a separate open research task, not an unsupported new edge.
