Freeze-dried binding is not active transport, and Yb/P colocalization does not resolve a unique bond geometry.

Repair all existing nodes with explicit canonical participant subsets; bound weathering-to-biosorption as HYPOTHESIZED and biosorption-to-profile enrichment as PARTIAL. Remove dysprosium-atom-as-ion annotation, free phosphate as bound wall groups and Y-ion56-184ppm (actually totalHREE). Acidobacteria generally decrease with depth, not demonstrated deep ligand production. Exact prior-literature weathering routes are not Renju perturbations.
