The5-node5-arrow graph treats design/selection steps as biological causes and does not distinguish in-vitro traits, controlled Conejo seedling effects and one-site CPL9105W hybrid field outcomes. Primary study supports positive phosphate, indole-reactive colorimetric, ACC-growth, acetylene-reduction, fungal-inhibition, PAL, growth and yield/rust results. These must remain; assays do not isolate nutrient/hormone or PAL mediation. Authors did not conduct a fungal-challenge ISR test. Inhibition up to80 percent is not uniform across fungi.

Remove assembly node and two workflow arrows; remove seedling-to-field selection arrow. Retain four biological nodes and two PARTIAL proposed mechanisms, with explicit four-member canonical subset of the actual six-strain inoculant.
