Bound KMC-IMBG1 pellicle cooperation and recruitment arrows to the measured evidence #1539

Finding

kb/communities/Kombucha_KMC_IMBG1_Fermentation_Community.yaml (CommunityMech:000154) has three nodes and two arrows. PMID26061774 / doi:10.1186/s13568-015-0124-5 reports cultures, microscopy and 16S/ITS composition. Mutualistic cooperation and pellicle-supported biochemical interplay are introductory interpretations, not selective mediator tests in this study. The abstract proposes accessory recruitment and possible fermentative capacity; this does not establish reciprocal benefit between the current mutualism node's partners.

Repair

Retain all three biological observations/interpretations with precise bounds. Retain the source-explicit pellicle-to-cooperation model as HYPOTHESIZED, not a demonstrated necessity. Remove the recruitment-to-mutualism arrow while preserving the recruitment/capacity hypothesis in node/discussion prose. Do not misclassify composition shifts as demonstrated niche partitioning. Name the canonical core participants without claiming this four-genus list exhausts every culture.

Acceptance

Every node and both original arrows must have decisions. Preserve canonical taxonomy and non-graph blocks, append curation/history, update exact anchors and generated page, run strict/reference/snippet/network/history and focused regression gates. Close only after protected-main merge. Source: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1186/s13568-015-0124-5

Deduplication: searched839 all-state issue titles/bodies and19 scoped local ignored/hidden matches; matching issues1091/595/594 concern cache tooling, not these graph findings. Their bodies were read; not all comments/PRs or matching local files were reviewed. Self-review is not independent approval.
