Separate Mars-simulant nodulation and nifH reporter from nitrogen-fixation flux #1552

Description

@realmarcin

kb/communities/Legume_Rhizobia_Mars_Simulant_Symbiosis.yaml, PMID:34879082: living Medicago hosts were grown in an Earth greenhouse, not a Martian atmosphere. Separate S. meliloti 2011 and S. medicae WSM419 inoculations were used for plant phenotypes, while the nifH promoter reporter used S. meliloti 1021 only. Nodule reporter activity does not directly measure N2 fixation, ammonia transfer or mutual benefit. Nodulation -> reporter is compartmental context; reporter -> support is a conclusion link, neither demonstrates causal mediation.

Repair three nodes and remove both arrows. Preserve nodules, promoter activity and measured substrate-dependent plant outcomes, including reduced lateral roots on every simulant and nodulation exceptions. Correct IN_VIVO evidence and participant subset, remove unmeasured metabolite claims, and keep chemical mediation hypothetical. Close only after protected-main merge.

Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. No new nodes/arrows or paid Edison submission.

    Addressed in #1555 at e17817e; exact-head self-review:#1555 (review). 570 passed in 294.68s (0:04:54); post-commit docs-current passed. Every-node/arrow decisions and actual output digests committed with explicit primary-source limits. Not independent approval. Close only after protected-main merge. Related1553/1554 remain unresolved.
