Separate Lotus SC3 host preference, priority effects and invasion association #1557
kb/communities/Lotus_LjSC3.yaml, PMID:34312531. Full primary Methods/Results identify SC3 experiment L as four weeks initial colonization followed by two weeks after reciprocal challenge. Early arrivals retain higher proportions; cognate-root invasion is greater and strain host-preference/invasiveness indices correlate. Neither that correlation nor the standing-community assay context establishes the two current directed arrows. Preserve all three observations with living-host evidence, relative-abundance and root/rhizosphere limits, and no selective niche-preemption or host-feedback mechanism claim. Do not conflate SC1 exudate experiments, SC2 comparisons, individual nodule isolates and SC3. Exact canonical strain roster requires reconciliation. Close only after protected-main merge.
Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Existing-node/arrow repairs; no new structure or paid Edison submission.
Addressed in #1560 at ba082c3; exact-head self-review:#1560 (review). 579 passed in 206.57s (0:03:26); post-commit docs-current passed. Every-node/arrow decisions and actual output digests committed with explicit primary-source limits. Not independent approval. Close only after protected-main merge. Related1559 remains unresolved.
