Separate Nicotiana regolith outcomes from proposed causal mediators #1561

The correction changes Fig1 particle-size labels, not biological conclusions. Attachment biomass-P and pH regressions do not selectively establish biofilm/organic-acid mediation. Individual-strain flasks tested five strains; plant pots used a three-strain mixture. Preserve measured attachment, phosphorus mobilization and plant outcomes, remove the two unsupported mediation arrows and ecological/mechanism labels, and distinguish IN_VITRO flask data from IN_VIVO plants. Named acids were not measured. Plant benefits depend on conditioning time; unconditioned treatment shortened seedlings, and MS phosphorus supplementation after day6 prevents attributing later outcomes exclusively to mobilized phosphorus. Record every node/arrow decision, history and tests. Close only after protected-main merge.
