Remove MAMC enrichment and screening procedures from biological interaction graph #1563

Open

Description

@realmarcin

kb/communities/MAMC_M48_Lignocellulose.yaml, PMID:29392382. Prior workflow-arrow repair stays intact. Remove the enrichment and 65-mixture construction/screen nodes, which are laboratory procedures, not niche partitioning. Retain the M48 outcome untyped and explicitly scoped to five study isolates (IDs13,18,25,29,68). FTIR-calibrated fraction estimates were lignin43.01%, cellulose39.65%, hemicellulose69.18%, averaging50.6%; these are not 50.6% for each fraction, dry-mass loss or direct flux. Complementarity and division of labor are proposed mechanisms, not demonstrated partner routes. Preserve canonical labels as source-reported 16S identification labels, not certified culture-strain identities. Close only after protected-main merge.

Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Existing-node/arrow repair only; no new causal structure or paid Edison submission.
