Bound MSC1 stability, NAG coculture and soil-network causal claims #1566

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

kb/communities/MSC1_Dominant_Core.yaml, PMID:32983014. Retain three observations and zero arrows; preserve previous workflow-arrow repair. Storage/revival compositional persistence is not demonstrated metabolic codependency. Early exponential OD above the average of two monocultures on soluble NAG is not partner-resolved benefit, obligate syntrophy or an effect persisting into late exponential phase. Soil pooled Pearson co-abundance centrality is computational correlation, not pairwise causality, niche partitioning or demonstrated keystone necessity. Rhizobiales is an order; the nine canonical members are only a subset and do not resolve missing Rhizobium/Rhizomicrobium isolate identity. Remove unsupported mechanism types and process assertions; preserve prior bacterial Bosea grounding. Close only after protected-main merge.

Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Existing-graph repair only; no new nodes/arrows or paid Edison submission.
