Bound MUCC wetland networks and Methanoregula predictions to observational evidence #1571

Description

@realmarcin

PMID:39843444; kb/communities/MUCC_Freshwater_Wetland_Methane_Network_Community.yaml. Preserve all four nodes and prior removal of three workflow arrows. Core occupancy is not niche partitioning. Positive Spearman genus co-occurrence from 12 samples/site and genus-matched MAG potential do not demonstrate pairwise exchange or syntrophy. Methanoregula dominance predicts cross-site methane flux but is not a perturbed causal driver. MAG transcription is not methane-production flux; Methods describe 2018 expression versus 2015 modeled production inputs, requiring temporal reconciliation. Predicted methylated-sulfide/methoxylated-compound use does not establish methanol use; remove the unsupported graph methanol grounding. Make canonical broad guild placeholders explicit and remove unproved interaction types. Close only after protected-main merge.

Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Deduplication:865 all-state issue titles/bodies and24 scoped ignored/hidden local matches; full relevant #1127/#1128/#913/#914/#915 bodies and prior graph histories read. Not every PR/comment/local artifact was read.

    Addressed in #1576 at 63b4be2; exact-head self-review:#1576 (review). 603 passed in 214.64s (0:03:34); post-commit docs-current passed. Every-node decisions and actual output digests committed. Not independent approval; close only after protected-main merge. #1574 metadata and #1575 new causal structure remain unfinished.
