Qualify MWF001 byproduct partitioning and finite coexistence observations #1572

Description

@realmarcin

PMID:42752228; kb/communities/MWF001_FourSpecies_CrossFeeding_Consortium.yaml. Preserve supported cross-feeding interpretation, two nodes, four canonical source strains, exact-byproduct gap, and #1127/#1128 fixes. Partner spent-media growth and carbon-source nonusers support cross-feeding, but stationary OD is not chemical proof of substrate depletion. The >10% residual-primary-resource exclusion is a simulation filter, not a reported experimental chemical measurement. Generic consumer-resource models are not exact four-strain reconstructions. Positive and negative pair interactions are condition-dependent; not universal reciprocal benefit. Eight batch cycles and four-day chemostats are finite observations; Ct failed in additional 5X-malate conditions and Ml failed without carbon. Record a separately tracked candidate causal link without silently declaring the sparse graph complete. Close only after protected-main merge.

Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Deduplication:865 all-state issue titles/bodies and24 scoped ignored/hidden local matches; full relevant #1127/#1128/#913/#914/#915 bodies and prior graph histories read. Not every PR/comment/local artifact was read.

    Addressed in #1576 at 63b4be2; exact-head self-review:#1576 (review). 603 passed in 214.64s (0:03:34); post-commit docs-current passed. Every-node decisions and actual output digests committed. Not independent approval; close only after protected-main merge. #1574 metadata and #1575 new causal structure remain unfinished.
