Separate magnetite methane improvement from unvalidated DIET and model flux #1573

A 19% methane improvement is relative to SULF_0.6, not full sulfate-free recovery or rescue at 1.2 g/L. Sulfide removal is measured in separate abiotic experiments; sulfur speciation and biotic causal mediation are not isolated. No abiotic H2 accumulation was detected. Metagenomics sampled one biological replicate per sequenced condition; relative MAG abundance is not replicated absolute growth. Four representative, gap-filled and role-curated GEMs are constrained by reactor outputs, so matching them is not independent validation. Retain computational cross-feeding with explicit model limits and putative SRB status, not measured partner flux or demonstrated DIET. Preserve #913/#915 and existing DIET gap. Close only after protected-main merge.
