Separate EETA79001 panel observations from ecological and workflow claims #1584

Mars_Meteorite_EETA79001_Growth_Panel; PMID:38665180. Preserve resource/hydration and strain-specific survival observations from separate assays, not a coculture. Remove NICHE_PARTITIONING and growth-assay-to-persistence workflow causality. Bound nutrient mediation as PARTIAL: ion data derive from earlier leachate studies, not uptake/limitation perturbations. MPN phototroph recovery and heterotroph CFUs differ; unequal starting inocula and hydration conditions do not establish a universal extremophile advantage. Planococcus persists late chiefly in the wettest treatment; water-only E.coli survives. Maintain #573 panel-modeling question OPEN; prior PR574 and graph-adding commit fa3f1a8 reviewed. No new causal structure. Close this repair only after protected-main merge.

Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Dedup874 all-state issue titles/bodies and47 scoped ignored/hidden local matches; relevant full issues/histories and prior PR574 read, not every PR/comment/local match. Four complete primary main texts/captions and both main tables read; not original figure pixels, separate supplements or raw data.

Addressed in #1587 at 1c08cfa; exact-head self-review:#1587 (review). 619 passed in 201.31s (0:03:21); post-commit docs-current passed. Every-node/every-arrow decisions and actual output digests committed. Not independent approval; close only after protected-main merge. #1586 non-graph metadata and #573 panel modeling remain unfinished.
