Document why the bioactive peptide panel has no ecological causal graph #1610

Description

@realmarcin

CommunityMech:000390. Review task, not a missing-edge defect. PMID:42188319 examines two separately produced lyophilized consortial biomasses, extraction, commercial Alcalase hydrolysis and in silico peptide predictions. It does not establish interspecies peptide exchange or a living-community causal chain. Preserve the existing empty graph, C1/C2 distinction, positive assay results and prior fixes #952/#953. Add a focused knowledge-gap discussion and a regression that prevents extraction/hydrolysis steps or a merged five-member assembly becoming ecological nodes. Complete primary main text, embedded tables and captions read; separate supplements and raw proteomics not audited.

Batch72 source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Dedup: all 896 all-state issue titles/bodies plus ignored/hidden-inclusive local search; matching issues #952, #953, #1195 and #1196 read. Graph tasks close only after protected-main merge. No provider credits spent.
