Bound Miscanthus SynCom nitrogen-removal mediation and participant scope #1615

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

Causal review of kb/communities/Miscanthus_REE_Tailings_Nitrogen_SynCom10.yaml, all3 nodes and2 arrows.
Primary PMID39481489 abstract supports nitrogen-cycle capabilities, AN reduction24.8% alone and32.6% with plants versus25.5% plants alone, and live-versus-dead shoot/root gains39.8%/49.7%. Preserve these positive effects. The directed AN-removal-to-biomass arrow needs an explicit mediation uncertainty boundary: co-occurrence and enrichment are not a selective causal mediation test. Full Methods inaccessible through the available source, not proof no controls exist. Remove unsupported microbial mutual-fitness classification, name the five existing grouped taxonomy participants without claiming ten resolved strains, and preserve canonical taxonomy for separate follow-up. Close only after protected-main merge.

Dedup:901 all-state issue titles/bodies plus ignored/hidden-inclusive scoped local search; read prior1011,1012,596. Self-adversarial finding, not independent approval.

    Addressed in #1619 at b46d627; exact-head self-review:#1619 (review). 655 passed in 204.54s (0:03:24); post-commit docs-current passed. Every-node/every-arrow decisions and actual output digests committed. Not independent approval; close only after protected-main merge. Research #1617 and non-graph metadata #1618 remain unfinished; the pre-existing gallium reference exception is explicit.
