PMID31203122 studies adapted A.ferrooxidans alone at20g/L, not the three-member 2025 consortium at15g/L. Remove this cross-system evidence from the exact-consortium graph. Preserve supported acid/iron lixiviant production and99.5% non-contact versus45.59% contact Ga recovery; do not infer mutualism, commensalism, pH niche partition, optimized1:1:1 ratio, continuous recycling or consortium synergy without selective controls. Remove unbalanced GaN/Cu equations and correct the gallium atom/ion mismatch using existing CHEBI84043. Existing cache is an abstract plus selected excerpts despite content_type:full; primary publisher full-text access returned403. Make evidence scope explicit rather than calling all cached excerpts independently verified. Repair existing nodes/arrows, with the bioleaching node describing a measured endpoint rather than procedural chronology. Close only after protected-main merge.
