Bound anaerobic-digestion hand-off, electron transfer and selection claims #1626

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

Multi_stage_Anaerobic_Digestion_SynCom_YSJ_and_SynCom_J: PMID41825563 supports 22% versus 8% methane gains relative to non-bioaugmented controls and 1.6-fold propionate reduction by both SynComs. Preserve gains, native-community context and function/stability trade-off. Metagenomic functional associations do not by themselves establish expression, direct electron transfer, obligate syntrophy, or competition. Qualify the two existing mechanistic arrows; retain the source interpretation as PARTIAL, not proven mediation. Abstract-only access is not evidence selective controls are absent. Membership follow-up already exists in #183.

Dedup:911 all-state issue titles/bodies;26 local matching files with ignored/hidden-inclusive scoped search. Reviewed #1104, #1103, #1065, #310 and #183; no exhaustive historical PR-comment audit. Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Close only after protected-main merge.

    Addressed in #1631 at 3a00e0c; exact-head self-review:#1631 (review). 669 passed in 195.80s (0:03:15); post-commit docs-current passed. Every-node/every-arrow decisions and actual output digests committed. Not independent approval; close only after protected-main merge. Research #1629 and metadata #1630 remain unfinished; all four current reference gates passed.
