Bound N-cycle macrocluster formation by calcium-rich resuspension and centrifugation #1633

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

Scope

NCycle_Bioflocculation_Model_Consortium

Preserve real alginate-derived microcolonies and mixed macroclusters. Release alone did not generate the observed macroclusters: centrifugation and calcium-rich resuspension matter, and their effects were not fully decoupled. FISH preparation produced separate artefactual aggregation. The arrow from macroclusters to their use as a model is an interpretive workflow, not another biological mechanism. PMID:40536564 full main body reviewed.

Deduplication

916 all-state issue titles/bodies and 27 ignored/hidden-inclusive matching local files examined; existing #1197, #1198, #939 and #396 read and preserved. No exhaustive PR-comment audit.

Acceptance

Source-bound graph repair, guarded write and append-only history; every-node/arrow decision, regression tests, actual validation outputs and self-adversarial review. Keep OPEN until protected-main merge.
